Meet Kirsty Chumbley
Kirsty is a Senior Partner with Wholehearted Women in Business and brings an energetic professionalism to the team! Through her natural passion for health and wellness and her savvy entrepreneurial skillset, she mentors both clients through our NHC programs and partners through our new age business vehicle.
This is her story;
Previously to becoming a mama, I had my own marketing company for near on 10 years. I had always worked for myself and been self-employed, coaching and teaching others! I reached a point in that business where I was feeling completely burnt out, I was a total slave to the business and had lost all my passion for what I was doing. I made the decision to refocus the direction of me career. It only took a 6 month stint working for someone else in the corporate game to realise I was still putting in just as much effort as I was running my own business, but this time it was at the cost of my own freedom and choices, and I was working hard on someone’s goals not my own. Having to ask for time off for holidays, someone to answer to and I even felt guilty leaving early for a doctors appointment when I was pregnant!
After I became a mama, I genuinely struggled a lot with the lack of identity and purpose, I lost my way and I struggled with having nothing in my life other than just being a mum. The idea of going back and working for a boss and out of the house for 12 hrs a day gave me major anxiety and I didn’t want to miss out on everything with my little man! It wasn’t an option, I knew I wanted to be in control of my time and have choices. I love that I get to work online, from home in stolen moments around our other businesses and get to have my little man around! I am wildly passionate about helping women step into their greatness and become the best versions of themselves!
